I’ve learned that the best way to build strong, lasting relationships with customers is simple: start with honesty and a friendly approach.


When people know you’re approachable, they feel comfortable asking questions. When they know you’ll be transparent—even if the answer isn’t perfect—they begin to trust you. That trust makes everything easier, from solving problems to building long-term partnerships.


For me, it’s never about “closing a deal.” It’s about opening a relationship. And the best relationships don’t come from polished sales lines — they come from being real and authentic from the very start.
